Medium to full-bodied, rich and with a gorgeous velvety texture, it finishes very long with tons of spices coming through."

The palate is sweet and rounded on the entry with quite intense soy-tinged red fruit, leading to a nicely poised, spicy finish. This is promising, at least as good as the 2015 tasted a year ago."

Bright floral notes reappear on the finish, adding energy to the red cherry, blood orange and pomegranate flavors. There is much to like. Tasted two times."
