"Medium to deep purple-black colored, the 2020 Caronne Ste Gemme opens with pronounced oaky scents, leading to a core of dried Mediterranean herbs, cranberry sauce and red and black plums with a tobacco-like waft. The medium-bodied palate has a racy line and chewy tannins framing the crunchy red fruits, finishing a little hard and herbal."
