The fruit of a rigorous selection, I appreciate all the hard work that's going here, but I wonder if a gentler touch with extraction might have delivered something more sensual. It's a blend of 65% Merlot, 26% Cabernet Franc and 9% Cabernet Sauvignon, and it was picked late but very quickly, benefiting from the Moulin family's large picking team."
